The Guy Next Door was established in 2008 by owner, Adam Gervase, offering lawn mowing and snowplowing services in Getzville and Williamsville. Today, our talented team provides year-round services, including property maintenance, landscape design and installation, and hardscapes. Every design is customized based on the needs and preferences of the homeowner.

Our company is licensed and insured. We are also licensed in pesticide application, and Adam is a Certified Landscape and Nursery Professional (NYS Certification).
